Exceliron Skidloaders and Attachments - South Africa Warranty Policy
Exceliron South Africa provides a warranty for all skid-steer attachments manufactured at our South African factory.
This warranty covers major defects, faulty workmanship, and applies to all attachments for a period of six (6) months
unless otherwise stated. The guarantee begins upon completion of the attachment, at which point the guarantee form
will also be completed.
This guarantee excludes:
* Normal wear and tear.
* Damage caused by misuse, operator negligence, or poor maintenance.
* Wearable parts, including any components that come into direct contact with the ground.
The guarantee becomes effective from the date of completion and is subject to the terms outlined above.
Exceliron reserves the right to assess and determine whether any claims fall within the scope of this guarantee.
Repair and Service Terms:
Repairs or services will not be conducted at any worksite unless explicitly agreed to in writing by Exceliron.
All repairs, whether minor or major, must be carried out exclusively at our factory/workshop located in
Vanderbijlpark, South Africa. Exceliron is not responsible for any loss of contracts or transportation costs incurred between
our premises and the client.
Warranty Claims:
For warranty claims made within the six (6) month period, the attachment(s) must be returned to our factory/workshop
in Vanderbijlpark for inspection. Claims cannot be processed at work sites or other locations. If the issue is determined
to be caused by faulty parts or poor workmanship, the defective part will be repaired or replaced at our discretion.
Our specialists will ensure quality work and will take the necessary time to complete repairs without being rushed.
